When will I receive my order?

We ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is typically 5-7 days (depending on the country and shipping service).


Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at limathelabel.de@gmail.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can adjust it.



2. Return & Exchange


How does the return work?

You have 30 days to return unworn items in their original condition. Contact limathelabel.de@gmail.com for a return label.


Will I get my money back?

Yes, after receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

How do I find the right size?

Check out our size chart on the product page or send us your measurements, we'll be happy to help.


Are your products sustainable?

Yes, most of our products are made from 100% organic cotton (organic ring-spun combed).


How do I care for my clothes?

We recommend following the care instructions on the label – usually gentle washing at 30°C.
